The Prestonwood Student Worship Ministry exists to provide an opportunity to exemplify God-given gifts and talents to students who love the Lord and seek to lead His church in biblical worship. Any student in grades 7-12 are welcome to take part in this life-giving community of worshipers. No prior experience required!
We believe that genuine worship removes the attention from ourselves and places the focus fully on the holiness of our God. David, one of scriptures most gifted worshipers, reminds us of this beautiful truth in Psalm 29.
In the fall, the Student Worship Ministry produces Fall Follies, a perennially popular performance that benefits choir mission trips. In the winter, Student Choirs take the main stage as they participate with the Adult Worship Choir in The Gift of Christmas each December.
Spring and Summers are an especially exciting time in the Prestonwood Student Choir, as the Junior High Choir serves on a choir mission trip every May, and the High School Choir every July! If you want to be involved in a life-changing, kingdom-impacting ministry that reaches our community, state, nation and world, then the Prestonwood Student Choir is the place for you!
