New Christians Class

New Christians Class prepares children for baptism at Prestonwood. Upon completion of the classes, children will have a one-on-one visit with a Children’s Ministry staff member to celebrate their steps in following Jesus.

Parents need to attend with their child. For more information, please call the Children’s Ministry office at your campus. Preregistration is recommended but not required.

Yes, at least one parent must attend with his or her student.

When a parent has two students participating in New Christians Class, the students can attend one class together. The older student will attend the younger sibling’s class.

No, it is important that the student attend the first class in the session.

If your student misses a class during the current session, he/she can participate during that particular week in the next scheduled New Christians Class. It is also possible that his or her teacher may agree to set up a private session in order to cover the missed information.
