What to Expect
Yes, childcare is available at no cost for infants through 35 months at both campuses. No reservation is required.
Due to the number of attendees at each service, we ask that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes before the start of the service you are attending to ensure everyone is seated before the service begins.
Each service lasts approximately 45 minutes to one hour.
Yes, services will be livestreamed at prestonwood.live, YouTube and Facebook. You may also download the Prestonwood app and livestream from there.
Yes, Special Needs care will be provided at the Plano campus for the 9:30 & 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. services. At the North Campus, Special Needs care will be provided for the 10:00 & 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. services.
Yes, the 11:00 a.m. Candlelight Service at the Plano Campus will be interpreted for the deaf.

The Gift of Christmas is a Prestonwood tradition and has become one of the highlights of the Christmas season, with thousands of guests attending every year. This visually stunning multimedia event is complete with special effects, a nearly 1,000-member cast and choir, live orchestra, flying angels and much more!
