FAQ

What is the student/leader ratio?

The way the cabins are set up at Sky Ranch are in pods of 14 beds/7 bunk beds per area –  there will always be two leaders in a room with 12 students.   Safety and security is our number one priority.

Who are the leaders at Summer Camp?

The leaders are vetted parents, church members and church staff.  They have been trained and  background checks as well as ministry safe.

What will my camper do all day?

Your camper will be busy having fun and have an amazing day with a variety of activities and choices – they will have the amazing springs with all kinds of water toys from the blob, water zipline, slide and more; they will have a beautiful long zipline thru the tree area – is truly one of the best! They will have all kinds of sports to play along with gaga ball, nine square and much more.  They will have each evening amazing worship with a band booked with just their age group in mind along with amazing pastors from our church.  Each day they will have family Bible study with their small group (all girls or guys); as well as some fun team building.

How will my camper be transported to camp?

Prestonwood books the best transportation with safety always as the #1 factor.  Your student will be transported in a luxury bus (restroom is provided) to and from camp.  They will leave from their designated campus that they signed up with: Prosper or Plano campus.

Where is Sky Ranch Cave Springs?

The camp is located in the beautiful hills of Quapaw Oklahoma.  Approximately 330 miles from Prestonwood.

How can I receive more information?

Please make sure you are part of the required parent meeting offered at three different days/times at each campus.

When will registration open and how will I register my child?

Registration will go live January 8, 2023, on this web page. (Note: Registration was set to open with “Camp for Christmas” on December 1, but had to be cancelled.)
