Unleash your inner pitmaster with Brisket 101 led by Dante Ramirez, owner of Wheeler BBQ! Dive into the world of smoking BBQ and uncover the secrets of crafting the perfect brisket. From selecting the ideal cut of beef to mastering the smoke ring, elevate your BBQ prowess this summer. Master the art of BBQ and become a brisket aficionado!
What to Expect
- Expert Guidance: Learn exclusive trade secrets from Dante Ramirez, owner of Wheeler BBQ.
- Tastings and Goodies: Start the morning with a breakfast tacos from LaLa’s then wrap up the event with lunch from Wheeler’s BBQ.
- Giveaways: Every paid registration will receive a swag bag with a probe thermometer, Wheeler’s exclusive BBQ sauce and seasonings! Our partners and sponsors will also provide additional giveaways.

Brisket 101 Challenge
New this year! The Brisket 101 Challenge is a brisket-prep contest in which entries will be judged by a panel, and the winner will win a special grand prize. Prepare a brisket at home and bring it to be judged!
