Why Give to the Proclaim Initiative?
More People will Hear the Gospel

So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ. —Romans 10:17

Someone must preach the Gospel. Kind and generous gestures in the name of Jesus are lovely and encouraged, but what a lost person needs most is to hear the message declaring that Jesus gave His life so whoever believes in Him may live eternally. There are many beautiful things to which you might dedicate resources, but nothing has an impact like giving more people an opportunity to hear the preaching of God’s Word.

PRAY

Father, provide me with the opportunity to share the hope of Jesus with someone this week. Thank You for a church that preaches the Gospel weekly with clarity and courage. I pray more lost people enter the doors of the North Campus in 2023 than ever before. Please use the church I serve to expand Your kingdom in North Texas and around the world.

ACT

Pray for those around you as you are in Worship Service this weekend. Pray for God to fill the empty seats with lost people. Ask God to bring to mind those in your life to whom you should extend an invitation to our North Campus.
