Lakeview Camp (Waxahachie, TX)

Camp Renegade registration is OPEN and has been extended through Sunday, May 22, 11:59 p.m., to fill the limited spaces available. As a reminder, registration spaces are available based upon grade, gender and the number of beds in a cabin. If one doesn’t see the grade and gender listed for your camper, the beds for that camper’s grade and gender are full. 

Campers are also placed in small groups based upon grade and gender. Campers in grades 1-3 attend small group devotions, activities, worship, meals, etc., together with other grades 1-3 campers. Likewise, campers in grades 4-6 attend small group devotions, activities, worship, meals, etc. together with other grades 4-6 campers.

Camp Renegade registration is currently closed. If you would like to be placed on the Wait List, please e-mail D’Anna Shuler at [email protected] with your student’s name, school grade (current), gender and church campus (Plano Campus, North Campus, or Espanol Campus). An e-mail to [email protected] is required to be placed on the wait list.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: The Camp Card purchase system experienced technical difficulties Tuesday evening. Lakeview Camp and Prestonwood apologize for the inconvenience. The link to purchase cash cards will remain OPEN all day today, Wednesday, June 1, for card purchases. The Camp Card purchase link will close tonight at 11:59 p.m. Thank you!

Grades 1-3

June 5-7, 2022

Three amazing days and two nights of fun-filled activities and experiences with awesome friends and incredible leaders at Lakeview Camp.  Crazy fun on water and land with indoor and outdoor pools, ziplines, climbing walls, dodgeball, recreation and more! It’s a thrilling time hanging out with small groups during the day and encountering an epic worship band and speakers in the evening! You’ll wrap up each incredible day with outrageous parties designed with you in mind!

Grades 4-6

June 5-9, 2022

Five fun-filled, amazing days and four nights just for preteens!  From morning to night experience days surrounded by new and old friends living life out loud with water fun, recreation, small groups, zip line, paintball, indoor and outdoor pool hangs. Then, wrap up each evening encountering epic worship with live bands and preteen parties designed just for you!

  • All medication (even over-the-counter) MUST be in its original packaging and checked in with the nurse.
  • The online Medicine Form must be filled out prior to the day of check-in.
    Medication for grades 1-6 should be checked in at KIDZ Central between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday-Friday, May 31-June 3, or on Sunday, May 29 before or after Worship Services.
  • Please do not wait until the morning your student is leaving for camp if you are in town, as this time is reserved for people who must be out of town the week before camp.
  • Please notify [email protected] (for Plano Campus) or [email protected] (for North Campus) with any special information on medical conditions by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2.

Spending Money:

  • Campers need not bring more than $20-25 for the Oasis at Lakeview Camp and for other camp memorabilia (the absolute maximum amount allowed is $40).
  • Students who bring cash do so at their own risk! Pre-purchase a Camp Card at 
  • Please note that the deadline to purchase the Cash Card is June 1.
  • Campers are responsible for their own cash cards and refunds will not be issued.

  • Spaghetti-strap tops
  • Short shorts
  • See-through clothing
  • Bad attitudes
  • Secular magazines/books
  • Shaving cream
  • Fireworks
  • Two-piece swimsuit
  • Pocket knives
  • No large trunks (students must carry their own luggage)
  • Any electronic devices (Cameras, tablets, cell phones, smart watches, etc. – All electronic devices equipment will be taken away for the week.)

Refund Policy
All monies paid are non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with contractual obligations with Lakeview Camp & Retreat.
