Young Singles
Minister In Boston
For the past five years, our Young Singles have been
helping to reach Boston for Christ through servant
evangelism. With a population of four million, less
than five percent of Boston’s residents are churched
or evangelical Christians. Hope Fellowship Church
Pastor Curtis Cook knows the critical need, and he is
grateful for the partnership with Prestonwood.
“The Young Singles Ministry has been a really rich
encouragement and blessing to our church over the
years,” Pastor Cook said. “They are a key part in why
the church has experienced growth.”
Every year, the Young Singles Ministry schedules
three mission trips to Boston. Our members hand
out water bottles and granola bars and help with
church outreach events. More than 50 percent of the
members at Hope Fellowship Church have come as a
result of simple servent evangelism such as this.
“Every time our young singles come back from this
trip, they are more excited about their faith and more
committed to sharing the love of Christ in their own
communities,” said Jarrett Stephens, Associate Pastor/
Young Singles. “It is exciting to see that if we will be
obedient to ‘Go,’ God will move in our own heart
and life and deepen our commitment to Him.”
