More than 4,600 children experienced an amazing, high-energy week at “Power Xplosion” Vacation Bible School—enjoying special guests, fun and interactive Bible lessons, and awesome worship.
In keeping with the “Power Xplosion” theme, Teaching Pastor David McKinley shared the plan of salvation in a way children could understand during the Decision Service. More than 200 children accepted Christ and many others rededicated their lives.
Cory Butler, Minister of Junior High Students, counseled a boy who accepted Christ during the Decision Service.
More than 1,000 volunteers helped make Vacation Bible School a memorable week for thousands of children who learned about the love of God. The kids brought offerings totaling $26,000 for children in Romania.
After entertaining children with extraordinary feats of strength such as lifting two girls, bending metal, and breaking objects, Team Impact members emphasized that no power compares to God’s power.
