Minister of Music and Worship Todd Bell and the Prestonwood Choir & Orchestra led the church family in worship at the beginning of the 11:00 a.m. Worship Service on June 22, which featured guest speaker Dr. O.S. Hawkins.
Guest Speaker Dr. O.S. Hawkins delivered a message from Revelation 1:9-10 titled “The Patmos Perspective.”
Dr. Hawkins challenged Prestonwood members who are struggling, living on their own Patmos Island, to heed the words of John: “I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day...”
GuideStone Finance Resources representatives provided church members information on Mission:Dignity (formerly Adopt An Annuitant) at a booth in the Atrium. Gifts toward the ministry help support 2,500 retired ministers, workers and widows whose regular income is insufficient to meet basic needs.
