Our church family was blessed in December
during a special time of baptism as nine
Prestonwood North members were baptized in
the 9:15 a.m. Worship Service. The service was
later shown at 11:00 a.m. at Prestonwood North. |

Jarrett Stephens closed out the year with a
challenging message for the congregation
titled “A Better Resolution.” |
3. Max Lucado
Best-selling author and longtime
Prestonwood friend Max Lucado inspired the
congregations in Plano and Prestonwood
North with a message from his current book, 3:16—The Numbers of Hope. |
4. Celebrating the Lord’s
Supper
Pastor Jack Graham delivered a powerful
message, “Remembering to Remember,” to
nearly 16,000 in our first Worship Services of
2008. The Lord’s Supper was celebrated in all
services in both locations. |
5. Prestonwood North Women’s
Winter/Spring Bible Study Kickoff
Guest speaker Susie Hawkins encouraged more
than 200 women with an insightful and relevant
message as they gathered at the Bill Bates Ranch
in Prosper. |
6. Prestonwood Christian
Academy and Prestonwood
Family Conference
Hundreds attended the Prestonwood Christian
Academy and Prestonwood Family Conference
focusing on topics such as marriage, parenting
and Internet awareness and featuring speakers
Jason Illian, a leading cultural expert, and Bob
Barnes of Sheridan House Ministries. |
7. Financial Freedom Seminar
Executive Pastor Mike Buster, along with Prestonwood Foundation Director Ron
Kelley, provided biblical principles during
the first lesson of a three-week journey to
financial freedom. |
