Application Deposit

A deposit of $200 is required with your wedding application to secure your reservation on the church calendar. This deposit is non-refundable, but does apply to the total facilities reservation fee.

The fees cover:

  • Wedding coordinator to facilitate the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony
  • Wedding accessories (candelabras, candles, etc.)
  • Facilities for the wedding
  • Facilities for the rehearsal
  • Lighting and sound technician
  • Facilities personnel
  • Utilities
  • Administrative costs

*Not included in the fee: Honorarium for the pastor performing the ceremony; fee to vendors such as florist, photographer, videographer or musicians

To qualify for booking the facilities as a member, you must have been on the church roll for a minimum of three months prior to the date of your initial request. The bride, groom, or their parents may book the facilities.

Commons: Members $1,500; Non-members $2,500
Fireside Room: Pricing based on event needs

Reception locations may be reserved dependent upon the availability of the selected areas.
