Contact Center
This exciting web-based tool enables Leadership to more effectively manage Bible Fellowship classes.
Features include:
- Contact management between the Ministries and Leadership of Bible Fellowship classes.
- Teachers and Directors can:
- view individual and family information for people on their rosters
- view and print class rosters, pictorial directories and attendance records
- e-mail the entire class or selected individuals within the class
- search for other individuals in church database
- update e-mail addresses to automatically integrate with the church database
- submit updates of phone numbers, addresses and other pertinent information
PLEASE NOTE: By using the Contact Center, you have been given access to certain confidential and personal
information about the people affiliated with Prestonwood Baptist Church. This information is included to allow effective
ministry to members and potential new members. This should not be used for any non-ministry purposes (including personal
purposes such as party invitations or business contacts). Each Lay Leader should evaluate his/her purpose and motivation
for using the information provided by this system.
