The River Conference: The Church and Mental Health

March 27–28
Prestonwood Baptist Church, Plano Campus

Learning to Help Those Who Are Hurting

When we truly open our eyes, it’s easy to see people all around us are hurting. We don’t have to be counselors to encounter people in chaos. The question is: Do we feel equipped to help them? Our upcoming conference focusing on the Church and mental health will provide the latest information and solutions from leading experts who will prepare us to help those who are hurting. The event, which we’re calling “The River Conference,” is open to the public.

Sessions by leading experts addressing topics such as:

  • Mental Health Stigma
  • Neurological Disorders
  • Domestic Abuse
  • Sexual Brokenness
  • Substance Abuse and Misuse
  • Addiction
