Todd has served as the Minister of Music and Worship for churches in Tennessee, Alabama and Texas.

Todd has served as Minister of Music & Worship at the 28,000-member Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas since 1992. He and Senior Pastor Dr. Jack Graham utilize a team approach designed to develop a strong church of dynamic, committed Christians. As Dr. Graham models God’s Word through preaching and pastoring, Todd challenges the people of Prestonwood to experience the presence of God through praise and worship, both corporately and privately. More than 2,400 people are involved in the various Music & Worship Ministry leadership avenues at Prestonwood.

The Prestonwood Music & Worship Ministry is known across the nation for its progressive approach to music ministry and leadership in praise and worship. Under Todd’s leadership, the church has continued its "pace setting" approach in all phases of the Worship Ministry. In 1999, Prestonwood relocated to a new 140-acre campus that included a 7,000 seat worship center, a 550 seat choir rehearsal hall, recording studios and a production center.

The 500-voice Prestonwood Choir and Orchestra is featured frequently on national television as well as state and national conventions and conferences. The choir and orchestra has recorded numerous projects for national distribution with arrangers including Lari Goss, Camp Kirkland, Dan Smith, Bradley Knight and Geron Davis. Their recent recording projects include It Took a Lamb with Integrity Music; Soli Deo Gloria with Prism Music; Christian Recording Artist Larnelle Harris on Larnelle: A Story To Tell; and Great Church Choirs of America with Pamplin Music. Recent praise and worship projects are From the Heart of Prestonwood - Be Magnified, in 2001, We’re Here To Worship, in 2002, You Are Holy, in 2003, and God Is Here, in fall of 2004, Power in the Name, in 2006, as well as a Christmas recording entitled Christmas...We Believe in 2006. The choir will be releasing its newest recording in March of 2007, called Faithful.

In addition to his frequent leadership responsibilities in national music and worship conferences, Todd has been a worship leader for state conventions, evangelism conferences, as well as the Southern Baptist Convention annual meetings. Todd served as a consultant for the new Celebration Hymnal, Songs for Praise and Worship, and Hymns for Worship, published by Word and Integrity Music. Todd served as the Music Director and Worship Coordinator for the Southern Baptist Convention annual meetings in 2003 and 2004. He serves on several advisory boards, including Doxology Music and Liberty University.

Todd is the producer and executive director of the nationally-acclaimed Dallas Christmas Festival. This production has been televised nationally and is seen annually by more than 75,000 people.

Todd has been married to Sheri Parker Bell since 1984. They have two teenage children, Parker Thomas, and Emily Catherine. Sheri holds a degree in Music Education from Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tenn. She has served on the Board of Trustees for Prestonwood Christian Academy.
